In this workshop, participants are introduced to MS Excel, a spreadsheet program that allows users to organize and analyze numeric information using a grid of columns and rows. Participants learn how to create simple Excel worksheets, how to change the appearance of the worksheet by applying various formatting options, how to enter formulas into the worksheet, how to use basic formula functions within the worksheet, and more.
