Bottling a new batch of beer
Tonight Lia and I bottled a new batch of home brew we’re calling “Stop, Honey Thyme.” As you might guess, we’ve added a bunch of honey and thyme to the recipe, not to mention some rock candy to up the alcohol content a bit! I won’t know for sure for a couple more weeks, but the beer smells fantastic right now and tastes pretty darn good too :-)
