About Brandon
I am an instructional technologist, iOS & mobile web developer, and photographer living in Knoxville, Tennessee with my awesome wife, Lia. I am the Instructional Technology Specialist for Pellissippi State Community College, where I work with faculty to create effective online courses. I also teach a course on mobile web design and development.
Previously, I worked as a Technology Development Coordinator at East Tennessee State University, where I developed and taught numerous multimedia workshops and helped launch the college’s iTunes-U program. As the Interactive Technology Manager for UT Federal Credit Union, I developed custom content management systems for the organization’s primary and student sites.
I have a master’s degree in English and am a LERN Certified Faculty Developer. In my free time, I enjoy growing hot peppers, brewing beer, and traveling/photographing the world. In 2010, Lia and I participated in the home make-over show, Renovation Realities, which turned out to be an awesome experience (even if the project took a few extra weeks to finish)!
