I have recently spent some time in my company’s Sharepoint site working on a couple of different projects. The first is an internal blogging system, called U-Space, where employees can create blog posts, upload photos, and comment on other’s posts. I spent a good bit of time creating individual sites and permissions for each employee but am pleased with the results. I wanted to create a relaxed atmosphere where employees would feel comfortable  for the site so I created graphics with bright colors and an urban feel. I’ve included a screenshot of my page on the site. I really need to change the picture of myself though!

The second project is an ongoing one that I started almost a year ago. Using Adobe Acrobat Pro, I have converted many of my organization’s paper-based forms to interactive PDF documents and used javacript to add some nifty features such as some fancy calculations and functions that convert numerals to text.
