Working with Apple, East Tennessee State University’s web manager, and others, I helped launch and maintain ETSU’s iTunes-U site. ETSU’s launch was one of the first successful implementations in the Southeast, and members of my department assisted other institutions develop their podcasting programs. Prior to the launch of the site, I ordered recording equipment, offered seminars and workshops, and worked with various departments and colleges to build interest in the program.
